Freedom of Information Request reveals less than 20,000 people have died solely from COVID-19 in the UK

The UK government reports over 150k COVID-19 deaths for the period, but the FOI request reveals a much lower number.

In this video, Dr. John Campbell reviews new UK data revealed from a freedom of information request to the Office for National Statistics asking for the number of deaths solely caused COVID-19, where COVID-19 was the only cause of death listed on the death certificate.
The UK government reports 153,202 COVID-19 deaths.
However, it turns out only 17,371 people solely died of COVID-19 in England and Wales as of December 31, 2021. Of this number, only 3,774 were under 65.
Additionally, the average age of death in the UK from COVID-19 in 2021 was 82.5 years, which is actually higher than the average life expectancy in the UK from 2018 to 2020.
